  Very Bad Experience with River Fun Beach Resort last Week. Naturally Resort is totally Perfect. But as far as the Quality Service is concern I didn't find any Reasonable Quality Service. I personally didn't satisfied with the combo Package we had taken of Rs. 3500(Including Rafting Charge). Atleast Resort Team have to clarify each & every things which is included and excluded before offering Combo Package to Customers. By doing this there will be no misunderstanding later between Resort Team & the Ultimate Customer who will be there for Fun. Finally very very Congratulations to the Resort Team for winning Award for Provinding Quality Services.

  No free parking.
  Also, make our initial rafting day embarrassed. On going to rafting, driver drop us too far from destination point. Whereas our time kill and also refuse to reimburse our bus travelling cost at initial point. But lastly had settled down.
  No coordination of staff, anyway overall entry to exit process is cool.
  Staying to resort is fun but had to improve in your coordination. Lastly, congrats for ur resort on award winning

  If gou are planning to stay a night, i suggest you never do that on summer season. There is no fan and all the cottage and the tents are too hot. You never get a sleep for a whole night.

  Nice resort, on the Trisuli River, I am right now at the resort, just enjoying the nature. No need to write more. It is just nice place explained everything. I see that here few things need to improve, like when we came, music was too loud, we like more sound of the river and nature but not. Service wise not the best welcoming, but place itself was, and we got black tea, and popcorn was nice too. Nicely set up, all the trees and flowers. Tented rooms were not fresh, but it was kind of okay.
