Very nice and cozy place. Stayed here with my family and everyone loved it. Nice and clean rooms. The view of mountains from the room and especially from the terrace was mesmerising. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and polite. I would definately recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing hotel , total facilities , world class hospitality in pokhara .. for views we can go to the top to see 360 degree views of lake and mountains. Organic food , awesome bedroom with A/C and elevator. Great place to be. We can just go as a guest and come as a friend beacuse people are very nice and friendly..

Great hotel with incredible service. Everyone is very helpful and kind. The room is large, very comfortable, perfect for the last days after a trekking in the Himalayas. The food at the restaurant is also very good. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Hands down, one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in so far. Customer is their number one priority. They make you feel home and they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Mr. Rajesh Phuyal was very welcoming and all the staffs were always eager to help. We had Nepali thali for lunch on the arrival day and it was one of the best in Lakeside. They have nice clean rooms with great views. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very nice, will not deny that. However the staffs are not courteous enough. They are their to just get the money from you. Front desk staffs are pathetic. While exist their payment machine was not working and we were getting late to hold our flight. The frontdesk staff personal comment have made us think abt our entire trip again. Can't you keep cash in ur pocket when u r coming to some other country. It was not abt the cash, we were having enof money in our account but we didn't wanted to withdraw additional Nepali currency as we were bidding adeau to the country. While we went to withdraw cash from the atm which was just 600 NPR she took one of our bag and kept it in her custody which worth not less than 10,000 as it was having all valuable stuff and this bag was kept without our information. After we paid and went towards are cab we realized the bag is missing which we kept on reception frontdesk. She later confronted she kept it in. We were getting late, so we didn't carryon with the conversation but I think this is the right way to get the message pass across the correct source. Whoever the Manager or owner of the hotel pls note, when we can pay in cash for suite room for a week it is not a big deal for us to pay 600 nepali currency in cash too. Please try to train the frondesk staffs to be little courteous to the guest and stop doing such acts. It will spoil the name of your hotel not ours. Thanks

I had given a very hell like damp room. I felt I was treated like animal when they gave me that bloody room. I told them to clean the room on the first day because there were hairs and hairs all over bed. The lousy girl in the front desk looked angry at me when I ask that and said house keeping staffs are off. Next day I ask again to clean the rooms I told them to change the bed sheets because I knew the bed sheets were used by others as well. House keeping girls just wipe few things and nothing more than that. Staffs are very unprofessional.

Treated Like VIP

I stayed at this hotel three times during a visit to Pokhara (with a stay at an Ayurvedic clinic and a Himalaya journey in between) and was thrilled with my choice. Starting with the kind welcome by the sharp-dressed and polite staff, to the room with a view, to the attentive care from the management, this will always be my home base in Pokhara. They helped arrange my Himalaya trip transport and permits, and efficiently directed me to various other services. The attached restaurant and coffee shop/bar are handy and good quality and the live music by Trio Miles was outstanding. Also serve Shisha (hookah) at the restaurant. When i had a small problem with the restaurant, the GM himself sorted it out and later, when they had an overbooking, they apologised personally for the bit of chaos due to an a last minute group booking. Overall, they made me feel like part of their "club" and i felt very welcome here. Sure, you can pay less for a crummy backpacker dorm/room but spend a few extra Rupee to feel 5 star at a 2 star price. These folks understand hospitality and treating guests like friends. Thanks!

The hospitality here is incredible. Small local family business. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend for foreign tourists.
