Homely environment and a place with a senic view of the Annapurna range. Great place to stay.

Toilet didn't work properly and location was far from everything but super close to but station. They did grant me a refund for changing hotels.

A room which was good enough for our single night stay. Near the lakeside road, but a bit difficult to locate as it's in a lane. Has some beautiful views of snow capped mountains to offer. The WiFi is super fast and the family is very cooperative.

Iv stayed in some terrible hotels before but this took the biscuit with its illusion of cleanliness. We arrived and it looked clean but then it all started to reveal its self, none of the showers worked and in the first room was some kind of disgusting cloth underneath the bed so we changed rooms. We left for dinner, came back and found 2 cockroaches in my luggage and another 2 in the bed. As they scurried away under the bed I discovered the bed frame was damp and they (the roaches) where living inside the frame. Nope. In the rush to leave we accidentally left some cloths drying on the bars covering the windows behind the curtains so I came back and our old room had been "cleaned" but they totally didn't notice any of my cloths hanging behind the curtains?! How is the room clean if you miss 3 items of clothing from the previous travelers! Not worth the small price, pay a little more for something less infested.

This is a well priced guesthouse, run by a fantastic family. They were amazing during our stay, when we encountered some problems and lost many of our belongings and they were so helpful and attentive. The water was warm, they provided towels and the wifi is fast. The views of the Annapurna mountains in the morning (when the sky was clear) was wonderful. I recommend this guesthouse to those after a good budget room!

Very nice place if you have low budget! It is simple, but atmosphere is good!! Extremely friendly stuff willing to help with trekking, permits etc. I will recommend this place to friends!!

Very good price for dormitory. 330 rupees. But for this price, the communal shower is with toilet (turc one) . Quite smelly inside. The blanket is very thin so bring your sleeping bag. So good value but no more. I did not try restaurant. People kind and nice.

The beds are rock hard and the hot water for the showers did not work for the 5 days I stayed here. Regardless, the hotel is reasonably priced and the free wifi is fast and reaches every room.
The hotel is located about a 20 minute walk from the main strip of Lakeside. I hired a push bike and would recommend doing the same if staying here.
The hotel owner was very helpful and friendly.response / report this review
