Customer service can always be improved upon when buying tickets, some enthusiasm for their job so maybe owners need to give them some incentive to make it 5 stars. Being critical but good criticism always makes for better.

Its a good place for watching movie. Parking space is available for bicycles, 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers.Tickets can be purchased with discount for morning shows. The picture quality is good and sound system is really nice. The place has clean rest rooms too. Overall I loved the cinema hall and enjoyed my time there.

One of the good cinema chain in Nepal. Cleanliness and overall management seems good. Hall has its own parking space and indoor cafe. Price is moderate and the seatings and sound quality is too good. This place can be good for weekend cinemas with colleagues and loved ones.

Don't know when will KUMARI HALL change their seats. My office van's got new, folding & comfortable seats. Else everything is good there. Why not rest features are all part of the minimum standard to be maintained to be called as a QFX hall

The seats are too crammed and arent comfortable anymore as the halls these days are offereing great opulence. Nevertheless, the price is reasonable.

For movie lover this place is in the heart of city so no worry of transportation you can get easily. And also here is 3d facilities and English movie Hindi movie are released here with worldwidely but cafteria is expensive then expected.

The hall needs an upgrade. Especially projection. Compared to the new Qfx halls in Thamel and Labim, projection is pretty dim. However, hall is centrally located and is one of the first cinemas to show Hollywood films.

Sound quality was good.

I usually prefer kumari hall 👍👍for movie compared to other moive hall it's less crowded and got higher chances of getting good seat and ya have got good paking too❤️❤️

The place I call a MOVIE THEATER. Kumari served might be the only new age and dedicated movie theater in Kathmandu which served as a premium one for years. Do watch out, it hosts international film festivals like KIMFF and Eka Desh Ma annually !

The hall is small. They have good parking space. There is an annoying smell once you enter the hall. The screen size is small too. They need to clean it up properly so that we don't have those smell. The ads are too much.
