Had our lunch today with Kababayan friends at the Open Lake Restaurant. Totally tranquil environment, among thick green vegetation, the family Restaurant building rises on solid rocks perched on the clear waters of beautiful Begnas Lake, a really fulfilling pleasant experience. Thanks attending Bhais for assisting to catch fishes, albeit without success. Tasty Nepali foods served complete with dal, tarkari and achar. All excellent - except the fried tilapias were too hard and felt like fossilized! Bhai, keep on improving on this one item particularly.
