The rooms we got were very comfortable with attached bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. The air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms so they gave us a space heater which worked fine for us. For the view and the rooms I'd give them 5. But the food was really bad :( and the place was full of loud East Asian tourists that ruined the quiet sunrise ambience for us. Might go back for the views but would not sign up for the buffet dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately they didn't have alacarte menus.
