I did one day programme which was vey relaxing. The therapist was so great. Inam sure I will be here again. Highly recommended

I completed my 500 hr YTT at Nepal Yoga Home and during my stay I opted for weekly massages with Nepal Ayurveda Home which was to my surprise was right next door! The location is just outside the busy city but close enough, so you get fresh air and convenience. Anita was my therapist and after a session with her I felt calm, peaceful yet energised. I requested for gentle music to be played which she kindly did, and she was very attentive and thorough with what I needed each session. I went during their renovation so I'm looking forward to returning and having an even better experience! I highly recommend Nepal Ayurveda Home! Thank you for the healing!

I spent here 29 days for yoga and Ayurveda retreat course. I am glad to choose this Ayurveda school for my relaxing holiday. If you have time for few days to relax and rejuvenate this the best place in Kathmandu. It's out of city but all the access of city so location is amazing. Room and food here is excellent. So you are the excellent yoga and Ayurveda school in Kathmandu.

I have no word to express my amazing experience in Nepal Ayurveda home. I have done one month Ayurveda and yoga retreat course here in Ayurveda home. My experience is five out of five. I immerse in yogic practice and get recharge by massage and Ayurveda therapy. All the staff are very caring and helpful. Therapist and teachers are skilled and food was amazing.
It is just out of Kathmandu in serene environment. View from yoga hall is really nice. Just I have regret one month has flew quickly next time I will plan for more longer period of time.
