Amrit helped me through 4 hours of detox (very draining) and then one of his staff gave the most amazing massage which included Shirodhara. I went to bed so tired but woke up the next day full of energy and ready for my 2 day hike with Amrit who put up with my whinging everytime I didn't want to hike anymore. Bonus was I got a massage after the long hikes. Totally professional and again lovely massage from Amrit after a long day of hiking.

Great really firm massage in the right areas that I requested. Exactly what I needed. Also a good deal with an hour in the sauna thrown in. I would return.
