Extremely rude staff and the owner! Don't try their Buff. Bcz it's not for wearing but for looking only. Highly NOT recommended.

Worst staff in Kathmandu. I bought a pair of sunglasses which turned out to be broken and when I went to the store to change them all the staff in the store came close to me to tell me I had stepped on the sunglasses and that's why they were not working. The store manager at the end told me that he would give me the money back if I said I was sorry for lying about what happened, very disrespectful old man. If you go to the store next to it(Marmot) you will get the best attention in Kathmandu, very professional staff and good products
