The worst experience ever !!!! One of the staff named “Sanjeev” made our first casino into a nightmare Me and my friend went in and ask the counter what all games they entertaining,we were told that the staff upstairs (where the casino hall is located) will help us. So we went up and asked them ,however not a single person was telling us how the game goes , then we approached this waiter Sanjeev for beverages which was included in our payments. His rude reply “ play first then we’ll serve” !!!!! Like seriously!!! So we don’t get to eat or drink anything until we play something???? The way he was talking was very unprofessional and not at all pleasant. My friend decided to take his name to complain to the manager .. when she asked for her name , he said, “sanjeev is my name , you want my phone number as well?” !!!!! We totally lost it there when he said that and went downstairs to talk with the manager as we didn’t want to make any scene up in the casino. But the manager never came . We ended up telling the matter to the receptionist and left .. People like Sanjeev should not be part of the hospitality department!!! If he doesn’t know how to talk with their guest . Really upset with the management for hiring someone like him. Never ever going to the casino again!!!

One of the best Casino in Kathmandu.They have Many slotting machines. On board games are Mini flush, marriage, Russian flush ( Kitty ), Flush, Roulette, Blackjack, Tejas hold'em poker, Baccarat etc..One can play any amount as per one wish. EVERYONE HAS RIGHT TO WIN !!!!!
