One of the Nepali domain registar company, all the facility including free .np domain is good. But the one facility I don't like about this company is that: we have to wait at least 1 day to change the nameservers of our site which is disgusting. This is because they should have to manually check the edit of the registered website. If this is done automatically which is done by other domain registar sites like GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc. It will be better for its customer.

No international warranty even in authorized service center ? I am not sure if it is actually authorized . Acer doesn't list Mercantile as an official support center even in its website.

The guy in the account thinks he is the boss(Newar guy with a cap). He said expanding space for a email costs NRS 1000 per 10 MB, which was false information. He cursed casually with other employee to show me off. When asked what is their attitude towards customer service, he said,"You can stop using our service, and there is no customer service in Mercantile" He was fully willing to make my day a bac one, but I was too clever for him, so when I was walking outside having finished my work there, I heard him throw a telephone, and shout at his coworker.
