Recently bought DUKE 250 Gen 3 from here. I have a few complaints which I think I should post here. My bike has engine jerking issues at lower RPM usually around 3000 RPM since day 1. When I contacted the service centre, they said it might disappear after 1000 KMs after RPM is unlocked. Hence I waited and RPM was unlocked but the problem existed. I contacted the showroom and they said to contact the service centre regarding the issue and so I again reported about the problem during periodic check up. But they could not solve it. Or they tested the bike at higher RPM (like most of the mechanics) and said they could not find the problem. However, the problem is persistent and annoying for a bike whose price is above 7,40,000. I don't know if there is any capable mechanic who will be able to diagnose the problem properly and solve it or will the showroom be liable for the problem and work for solving it. Besides, they should also learn in proper handing over of the new bike as it is a precious moment for all of us.

Well it was my first visit. Always had a dream to ride KTM bike, but my dreams and study, stopped me from doing that. Now that i have finished my MBBS. I can finally do that... But, that time, i couldn't get the bike, as it was unavailable cause all were sold out. Next time i go there i will get it...

This is a very good motorbike showroom. It's one of the most sold sport motorbikes of Nepal. They have two option KTM RC 200 and KTM RC 300, Both are great motorbikes.
