The worst service I have ever seen. It's better to repair your mobile outside then this service center. Each time they repair your mobile,they will damage some of ur parts ans ask you to change it .

It is locate at the heart of city there are many rooms remaining wish they are filled by extra ordinary shops and service centre,the building is huge but I don't know why there are less shop compared to other ctc mall need extra ordinary shops and service to be recognized as the best mall in the kathmandu city the capital of nepal.

Located at center of Kathmandu, CTC mall offers good variety for shopping and Movie. Cine de Dine at CTC mall is only multiplex with dining facility. There are plenty of wholeshalers for bulk and cheap deals. On top of CTC mall is a helipad to land helicopter. This makes CTC mall as one of the unique and uprising mall in Kathmandu.

Place is okayish. The main problem is that most of the stores aren't even open. So, you won't find what you're looking for most of the times. The only highlight for me is the ground floor with the coffee shop and Ximiso store and the CDC theatre. That's it.

Only Mall that's comparable to international standards, has couple of lifts, most of the mobile customer care and official show rooms are there in the CTC Mall, Civil bank and few other bank plus ATM cash centres and few food courts. The parking facility is very good.

One of the cool shopping mall in Kathmandu specially famous for mobile and mobile assoceries service center. Movie Hall and restaurant are available here. Parking facility seems cool. There isn't a Wheelchair accessible entrance from front door, although can be accessible via parking lot by elevator. Not that busy and crowded but food for corporate offices and services

Excellent mall in Kathmandu. I have been there for Movie 1st time and Huawai Costumer care 2nd time and both time i was satisfied with there facilities. You can find whatever you want but rate high then outside market

Has good parking space. Nearly half of the store space is empty. After the earthquake I don't trust it's lifts and escalators. Parking place is too dark.

recently , i went in and found a coffee shop alone, in a shopping mall.. its very sad to see, i did want to try something new.. i dont want to call it a mall. its a building with so may shutters(closed metal doors)
and please mind your escalators, are they really safe?? and comfortable?
