The Good: Amazing view of the river. Very friendly staff. Fairly good rooms for the area.
The Bad: Breakfast buffet is of extremely poor quality and was usually half empty by the time we woke up (7am). Dinner was equally disappointing. Better eat at one of the restaurants on the main road, 5 to 8 min walk away.
The Ugly: The guides that work for the hotel are terrible. Although they appeared professional at first glance, as soon as rinos popped up during the jungle trek they became extremely excited and got in front of our group to take pictures and videos of *themselves* with the rinos while physically blocking us from seeing them ourselves. After supposedly 15 years of experience in the park isn't their job to get us, their client, a good view of these amazing animals?
Also the assistant guide kept telling the same racist joke again and again, and was VERY grabby with our smartphones, taking them from our backpack pockets without asking for permission.report this review -

Very friendly staff. Air conditioned rooms. Good food. Views from the hotel was also good. Rooms are a bit more expensive than usual, but worth it imho.
Mosquitos are a bit of a problem here though, since the hotel is located so close to the river - take appropriate spray/ clothing.report this review -

Not very clean, poorly maintained we found cockroaches in our room. Breakfast is poor. But friendly staff and nice view from the restaurant.

Really loved this place: the location, ambience and the best staff ever. Came to this resort as a part of a 3days 4 night long trip to Chitwan national park. The best thing about this place is the friendly staff. They treated us like we were family guests. Rooms are cozy, food is nice, although the Wifi was a bit slow but being located this far it's rather good. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the river flowing alongside, and go on jungle walks with the amazing guides. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

For the price, it's one of the best one can get. I would recommend this place for anyone who seeks quality @ affordable price. And also the staffs are also polite and caring.
