Friendly personnel, nice rooms, unfortunately most with some air-conditioning problems, which is not really comfortable for foreign visitors who aren't used to these warm nights.

One of the oldest hotels in Sauraha, Eden has been well maintained throughout with addition of newer buildings. Food's great, however staff (manager) at the front desk is too rude with a lot of attitude.

HORRIBLE!!! This place caters to huge groups! So if you want to sleep, go somewhere else! The second night of our stay, at 9 pm, I find out that a group of 70 teenage schoolkids have arrived. They put 4 girls in the same cottage as me, adjacent room. All the kids were running around shouting, slamming doors and banging on our door from evening until they left at 7:15 am the following morning. The teachers were drinking and could care less. I didn't sleep all night because of all the extremely loud noise and all the excursions the next day were a complete waste since I didn't have energy. The management should have told me beforehand about the group so that I could have checked out. This was really the worst experience in my entire time in Nepal. Additionally, the rooms are old, smelly and dingy. Don't bother with the restaurant, food is limited and service bad. Much better options in town.

Good resort. Very open, spacious and well placed. It has decent views, maintenance is slightly lax. Most things are available outside, but not in the hotel. Like the rest of Nepal, things are generally very expensive. A bottle of Tuborg Beer costs 450 Indian rupees. Service staff are untrained but very well-mannered and helpful.

Good location, beautiful area, decent rooms, good food. And it is close to riverside. Quiet and peaceful. The staffs are quite helpful and lovely. Had a pleasent stay.

This is very nice and comfortable place. Hotel has beautiful garden with hammocks where you can relax. Good and simple rooms with shower and toilet. Furniture old but all is working. Hotel has helpful and friendly staff. Eat provided by the hotel restaurant simple and normal. They have vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu.

It's was my memorable moments, when I spent my holiday in Eden Jungle resort. I am impressed by the clean environment and good hospitality and infrastructure of this resort. Staff of this resort are gentle and good. They treat all visitors equally. Also by the help of those staff, we visited every important places of Sauraha.
If I again get chance to visit Sauraha, my first preference will be Eden Jungle resort.
