  Hotel looked good, when we got in the room we noticed the bed did not have a matress so we changed room.
  
  When we got to the hotel in the evening the guy in the reception told me there was hot water but then we found out there was not. He insisted there was going to be in the morning in contrary of what he said before.
  
  Finally only when we said we were going to leave he accepted to turn on the gas for us and told us there was going to be hot water in hour.
  
  After one hour we saw he was lying, I asked him to fix it. He did not succeed.
  
  We left to another hotel.
  terrible after-trek experience.
