To be honest the f and b service of hotel shambala was very good especially the service of sajita maharjan and devi gurung(receptionist) was awesome. Really pleased with this hotel and planning to cone back again for sure.🙂🙂

One of the newest 4star plus rated hotels in kathmandu with terrace open pool .they have some great hospitality and the hotel has the one of the best interiors amongst the kathmandu hotels

Fantastic service make you feel like in different planet. Convenient location. Make sure you visit massage. Exellent pool however water is bit cold.

Comfortable hotel. The surrounding areas are quite busy but you can hardly hear anything from the rooms. I had a problem with the air-conditioning and they kindly moved me to another room. Great service. The spa was wonderful specially after a long trekking trip.
