Lived staying there. Shower drain was clogged and bathroom needs TLC. But friendly staff and good service. Recommend to exchange money at the hotel counter rather than the independent quick change at the entrance, which is a separate business. Get a better deal.

The room we have is rather disappointing. The walls in the en suite are moldy, the door looks like it is slowly rotting away, the water takes about 5 minutes to run warm in the shower, the beds are very hard and the WiFi while free is nearly unusable.

The location is great though and the staff were really nice.

Rooms Are Good And Clean.. But One Suggestion Is That Keep Indian Breakfast Also..When I Visited To The Hotel Only First Day There Is Indian Breakfast Next Day Nothing Is There.But Lunch And Dinner For Vegetarian Is Good..Only Little bit Problem For Breakfast.Oterwise It's Good

Comfortable hotel in the Thamel tourist district of Kathmandu. The rooms are slightly small and can be cramped if you have large bags. The rooms are also dated and there is mould in some of the bathrooms and around the windows.

Stayed in this hotel many times. Neat rooms. It has got conference halls. Not too many varieties for vegetarians. Its location is very good. Food quality not that great. Staff found friendly and always helping.

The hotel was situated in the popular Thamel tourist area and because if that the location was really good. Plenty of restaurants and markets near by and pretty easy to walk to the main tourist attractions. The hotel itself was a bit tired though. However it was undergoing renovations when we were there so i guess that's being addressed. The service could have been a bit better though. While they were generally friendly they weren't always very efficient.

Clean room, breakfast from 6-10am. Food is too good for the price. Friendly staff. Offer Airport Pickup. For delivery to airpost cost 10 usd. Hot water is good but have to wait for 3-5 minutes. The garden is beautiful for work and relax
