The hotel is very good located in a premium Location of Pokhara. I loved that I stayed Here. They provide me the best services and the breakfast was so delicious. The Staff was also so friendly and corporative. There is a travel desk also in hotel where i booked my taxi for going back to Kathmandu

The property is very close to the famous Lakeside, but really surprised at how the hustle and bustle did not bother the environment nearby.
Thanks to the Madam Kelly and the management, I was upgraded to another AC room with an excellent view. Not once did I have to turn the AC on because of the excellent ventilation and proper positioning of the windows.
During my stay, I noticed that there was at least one TAXI on standby right outside the gate of Karuna. (Always handy when in a hurry!!)
A small breakdown of my experience.
Bed - Cozy as ever and most importantly, Clean Linen.
Bathroom - Spick and Span (Just how you wished your throne would be :D )
Shower - Both hot and cold water options within seconds.
Balcony - Best view of the Lakeside alongside casual sip of grounded Coffee.
Terrace - Excellent view of nearby hills, the Fewa lake and the majestic Machhapuchhre (not during the hazy days though :( ).
Courtyard - serene piece of a porch that you may have your wonderful breakfast while basking the sun.
Every individual member of the hotel was really warm and welcoming. Really helpful and Active, always offering you brewed coffee (that is once you expose your addiction of coffee to them :P ). Surprisingly each serving was better than the last one.
Hats off towards Hotel Karuna family who truly have a keen attention to details.
The most important necessity for a tech-savvy guy like me - SOCKETS / POWER OUTLETS. I had no trouble plugging into the sockets for my gadgets. Plenty of plug-in options around the room, making you regret, wish you had brought more to charge!!!

Absolutely love the set up of this beautiful hotel! In the most ideal location, quiet, clean and friendly staff that are happy to help with anything! Prices are super reasonable for this lovely hotel!

I stayed in Pokhara for a while and in that time this is the best hotel used for many reasons. The rooms were spotless and quite, the hotel staff were attentive and very polite, but best of all is the ideal location, probably the only spot that has a good mixture of being central, but away from the noise. I'll be staying here again.

New hotel with clean modern feel. Staying here felt like a luxurious treat after trekking but the price was great. Friendly staff are always ready to help.

A nice place to stay in pokhara at affordable cost. Staffs are very helpful. You will have option having varieties of breakfast. The travel desk organizes a complete package from ours tour to days long tour.
