  Very bad hotel. Room service sucks and Hotel administration misbehaves with indian guest.

  Nice place to stay.
  There's a fan in the room but the room is still very hot and humid.
  Next to a school so in the morning there's a little noise from there.
  The rooms are clean and neat.
  The Manger is a nice guy that wants to help.

  The hotel is set back from the main street, so protected a bit from the street noise.
  
  The rooms are nice - clean, well maintained, looks like new. The same for the attached bathroom. And hot water was really hot.
  
  We had the top floor roomIt was actually more like a rooftop room, providing partial views of the lake and the mountains around directly from the bed. Really great. We stayed for 7 nights.
  
  Moreover, the owner is a very nice guyhelped us any time we asked for something, never pushed us to anything though.
  
  There's tandoori restaurant just in front of the hotel. More local-like style places to eat (with more reasonable prices) are also close to the hotel, on the left side of the road towards to the lake (go there for a breakfast with locals - milk tea with fresh pastry or home made something like local doughnuts).
  
  Buses to the bus park goes on the main road just in front of the hotel.
  
  A bit pity there's no garden/backyard, and the internet (at least on the rooftop) was slow/bad qualitybut it's still five star for myself.

  It's an apt place for bag pack travellors.
  Decent rooms with all the basic facilities like house keeping, Wi-Fi, warm water, hygienic environment.
  It's located at the main lakeside market and having a serene view of lake from terrace.
  
  A few negative points are like "It don't have elevators, they don't serve breakfast & they don't have cupboard inside room.
  
  But these negative points can be avoided as the room tariff is quite low. Also they have rooms on ground floors as well.
  
  For great breakfast, you may head-on to "Metro" or "Namastey" restaurant situated in the vicinity.
  
  Enjoy at Pokhra :)

  The place is cheap, clean and the manager is super nice! Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Highly recommended!
