Good location, might be a bit tricky to find out at first. Nice and clean large rooms. The price is affordable and the staffs are very cordial and helpful. Hot water available for shower and decent breakfast included in our package. However, the wifi signal was not there in our room. Although at the time of booking they said they had free WiFi.

There are many small hotels in Thamel and tough to find a good one. This hotel is a pick out of them with affordable price and clean rooms.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind ok. Das Hotel eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse, auf der man morgens wunderbar frühstücken kann und abends selbst mitgebrachte Getränke genießen kann. Tolles Hotel für den Preis!

Very cosy and spacious rooms on offer at relatively much cheaper rates, with wooden finish and tiled bathrooms. Beds come with spring mattresses. Free Wi-Fi, hot shower, emergency power also available during power cuts.

This is one of the best hotel in kathmandu, Nepal. It's located at center in kathmandu at thamel. My family stayed here for 3 days in august 2015 during my annual vacation. We were so impressed with the service, specially breakfast on rooftop resturent, about hospitality, family staff and owner. Thanks for hotel family home team to gave us that much respect and memorable services

Definitely we will return back to hotelfamilyhome in future's.
