Came here by helicopter and was totally blown away by the views. If you are considering visiting just go already. Worth every penny. Beautiful! Take about 70 dollars on you for landing fee and breakfast / etc
As beautiful as a resort can be. Despite being far off, the resort has all the facilities. Basic amenities are available. Staff is helpful.
As the name goes- you can actually view Everest
It's a great place to go but be aware, they do NOT accept credit cards. We landed here as part of the helicopter tour of Mt Everest. The set breakfast is good, but expensive. Carry enough cash!
One of the nicest places I have been to. Lovely country that is a paradise for trekkers and to reach this place at 3800m after a long day's trek is a memory that will stay forever with me. I can't wait to go back to say hello to the magnificent Ama Dablam.
What a marvelous restaurant at the height of 4000 meters. Had a lovely breakfast with sun blazing on us with Himalyas and Everest Mountains at the background.
Great views, and a good hike up to get there, we didn't have good but it looked good, the staff are friendly and helpful, on a nice day is fantastic to look over Everest enjoying a hot chocolate or cup of tea. Prices are a bit higher than namche but that's too be expected as someone had to carry the supplies up!
Trekkers who are trekking to EBC come for an acclimatization trek and have a beverage of their choice.. they say you can see Everest from this hotel, but unfortunately we couldn't see the Everest from this place because of the cloudy weather..
Had a coffee here Pretty decent coffee However the ambience is beautiful
Carry your own water and avoid buying water from here, it's pretty expensive here..
Nicely designed hotel with views of the mountains. If the weather is kind there are balconies to sit out. There is free wi-fi.
However the hot water and heater was not working when we were there. A communal hot shower was available instead. There was also a fireplace in the dining room.
It's a very famous place for trekkers to have the first glimpse of the Mount Everest. 400 meters elevation gain during 2 hours uphill hike from Namche Bazar to this place is very good exercise for you to get acclaimatized. I didn't spend overnight there so can't tell much about the service or the food but the hot lemon that I had was refreshing.
First place after namche from where you can have a great view of Everest
Good Place. Nice view from here Everest and other mountains.
It's a best place to get a view of everest, lothse, nuptse, amadablam and many more from same place. Take a rest day in namche bazzar and visit everest view hotel for view and masala tea. Check the weather before heading up to everest view hotel from namche
Decent view. Nice place to relax for a tea after a tough acclimitizing day walk. If in May, best to get here early before the clouds arrive if you want a view of Mt. Everest.
The Everest Hotel is located to see the panoramic view of Mt Everest and surrounding mountains, the hotel is located at altitude 3880 mt above sea level. Access is from Lukla airport and the place is so magnificent and peace for mountain lovers.
Best Hotel around. Better than Yeti homes in Namche. Found fresh Lemons 🍋 here!!
Beautiful Japanese hotel along the route to Mount Everest. The panoramic views from this hotel are just stunning. Rooms have warm shower and comfy beds. Highly recommended if you want to have a bit of luxury along the trip. You can also fly in with a helicopter from and to Everest for a premium.
Excellent views and great Japanese food. Wonderful if expensive break from food during our trek.
Incredible views and nice setting. Staff are friendly and polite, service was a little slow but it was busy and we were a big group. Price is reasonable given the remote location.
Such a lovely hotel! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It is COLD so be prepared for that. The lovely manager offered me a jacket and to check my oxygen saturation just to make sure I was ok. The food is absolutely delicious!! When you stay there you don't get a choice of what your meals are but I was fine with that. They light a fire in the evenings and put a hot water bottle in your bed at night. I was there for 2 nights and the clouds covered the mountains the whole time. The manager knew I was bummed about that. Then, on my last night, he called me early in the morning to wake me up and see Everest! The clouds had cleared and I was able to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas. It was beautiful! I would recommend staying here over and over again.
