Wonderful service with reasonable price! I would say food quality is just great. But lacks wide compound and swimming pool.

Excellent Service , totally managed hotel. Staffs are too friendly. The quality of food is also great. The hotel has 3 halls and all halls are of good standard. Room service is also very satisfactory. The main point that attracted to me is it's service. The staffs are so friendly and available when you need.

In a city like Nepalgunj, finding a place like City Palace Hotel is like finding oasis in the middle of a desert. First of all, this hotel is just around 1800 Nepali Rupees which is around 17 dollars and that as well with hot and cold showers, wifi and Air conditioning. They have a lift, good restaurant, room service, hd tv, conference hall, parking and decent rooms which are clean. I planned for a day but it looks like I will be staying for some more days. I cant complain for the amount I paid.

Although I haven't visited other hotel of Nepalgunj but as far as my first visit I was mesmerized by there management and facilities. Many high standard People like prachanda have already been there.

I was impressed by one of the group party in City Palace. It is at heart of Nepalgunj. Food and customer service was amazing. I had few minor complains (suggestions), next time when I was there hotel management had solved it out. So, I was impressed with this hotel and its team.
