The hotel is an amazing place in quiet corner of the city. Its classic interior and near natural surroundings did not make anyone feel bored during a week long stay. Room is good, bed are clean and comfortable and the lighting does meet the standard of the hotel.

The hotel with royal ambiance. located conveniently with casino; its one kf the oldest hotel of Nepalgunj. A boutique property with great garden. new rooms are great and food was delicious. cosy restaurant with everytime ready for service staffs make it a repeated hotel in your travel diary.

The hotel is very famous. It has swimming pool and many rooms. The building at pool area has good and luxurious deluxe rooms. Hotel area is also open. But hospitality and service matter a lot.
The rooms in the reception building, especially the ground floor rooms are terrible when we visited the hotel on Sept. 2017. Rooms were small, very dark and had very bad smell of moulds. One of my clients had vomiting due to the smell. We were provided with such rooms since we booked the rooms without having a look of rooms on the basis of the reputation of hotel. Hence everybody in our group (8+2) were not feeling good with how the hotel managed for us. We had already booked lunch for all 10 of us and hence talked to the manager (or the owner, I am not sure. He was a man with quite fat body and looked the age of over 55) to stay at a next hotel after lunch.
Oh no!!!!!!!!😯😯😕😕
The lunch we got was of very very poor quality in accordance to the standard of price. It might be the penalty for the cancellation for 5 rooms which we made an hour before, we thought. We just did the payment for lunch and headed to the next hotel without an word.response / report this review -

Worst servise..booked luxury room thn 2 standing to take money instant fr d order of tea.room light were nt working again n again light ws going.in d bathroom accessories were broken kept.waiter do nt listen properly.have to dial 601 on the reception atleast 5 times thn thy will response.a.c dont work.bathroom closet were shaking nt fix properly.poor service.wastage of money.telling bill in nepal currency an i have gvn indian money later on come to kw tht thy hvent return my extra money.thief..n d breakfast chopped fruits were nt washed.neither tea cups were washed.

One of the famous n oldest hotel having good garden, swimming pool , Gym club, resturent, bar, seminar hall, cozy place, sweet and deluxe room etc. Suitable for tourist, official programme , high class people etc.

Place was good. But the staffs lacked the experience, communication was ridiculous. Called them 5 hrs before reaching there, to reconfirm the booking( for 3nights) I made. got answer saying it's all good. But when I arrived at hotel I was told there's no deluxe room at all and were suggesting me to upgrade to premium room which cost me like $10 more/night, Whereas there were merely 10 guests in the whole hotel. It was a rip off. Chef doesn't know what goes in chopsuey (Chinese). Instead of replacing the food which wasn't up to the standard, the Waiter was telling me if it's Chinese chopseuy it comes vegetarian. Funny but unbearable.. Manager had his own excuses.. We had to request them to clean our rooms every day. Got it cleaned only on 2nd day.
If ur after a good place to sleep in only then this is the hotel for you. But if ur after a nice service then I suggest you to think thrice as all the staffs are inexperienced and immature.

One of the famous hotel stay for tourist and actor/actress. Everything is expensive here but the whole environment is very good. Swimming, Gym and the only hotel having casino. Casino is only for Non Nepalese guests.
