Helping Hands Community Hospital is a recently established non profit making, charitable 100 bedded community hospital located in Chabahil, Kathmandu . This hospital is established under the umbrella of Helping Hands Nepal which is a non governmental Organization registered in 1989 . It runs free health camps in different rural areas.

It has worst management system. The cash counter and administration counyer is poorly managed. The accountants don't really try to listen what patient has to say.. . They don't put custo himer service in first priority. Even patient's age input are printed wrong or compromised. The toilet are also not clean and they don't pick up calls.

Good hospital, good doctor but worse management .. not recommended to stay at the hospital I stay at cabin and paid rs2000 /day but no cabin facilities like they have tv, Ac but none of them working . staff nurse playing mobiles all the time except operation ward nurses cuz of cctv

I am from India and Visited once for Checkup of my Friend..Patient must be accompanied by someone..Because they will take toooo much time,Doctors are Good..they are all on time, but Cash counter and Lab will take time without listening your problem whether it is patient or someone else who is standing in queqe . Its very frustrating some of them behave like Govt Hospital Employees. Never want to visit agan. This is a hospital with no hospitality.

Worst customer service ever. Useless hospital. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. The doctor in general ward (Room No.1) acted like a bus conductor. He doesn’t deserve to be a doctor. Hospital doesn’t care about their patients.

Helping Hands Community Hospital is a recently established non profit making, charitable 100 bedded community hospital located in Chabahil, Kathmandu . This hospital is established under the umbrella of Helping Hands Nepal which is a non governmental Organization registered in 1989 . In the beginning ,it runs free health camps in different rural areas. Till Now it has run 178 free health camps and beneficiers are 235567. It began its health services since its establishment through central clinic at Chabahil , satellite clinics at sankhuwasabha , Phidim, Parbat, Tanahun, Sunsari, Morang , Dang and at many other parts of the country. Currently it began operation with 100 beds in 2008 as a referral territory hospital for patients from its satellite clinics and from the community of its periphery. The main objective of this hospital is to provide easily accessible quality health service in a subsidized rate to the deprived communities.
