Extremely poor customer service. I had to call 3-4 times myself to confirm my order. At first they said they will deliver the next day and they called me next day, when i was out at work, confirming that they will deliver within one hour at my home, so i had to rush to my home to take my order. I waited 2-3 hours, no sign whatsoever and out of frustration when i called them asking about status of my order, they said they didn't find the product i ordered so they had to cancel it, without even giving me any notice. It was a true example of bad customer service experience.
