I have had a bitter experience with this clinic. Few days back, I took appointment by paying Nrs. 200 (strange rule of paying beforehand). However, due to some urgency, I could not meet the appointment. I called the clinic in the morning to postpone or cancel it. The answer was ridiculous. No urgency considered and no refund would be provided. For 2-3 months, such cancellation would entitle "blacklisting" that means I could not request another appointment for about 3 months. That was the response from this great clinic. Never got opportunity to see the face of the doctor of this clinic.
