I’ve been going to Ortho for several years now and it was fine, but the last few visits were not good. The doctor that I usually get checked by left my and my mom’s tooth rough. That’s the only complaint I have about the treatment, but there are other things too. One time the doctor picked up their phone several times to pick up a call in the middle of the check up. This is very unprofessional. When a patient is lying their on the chair, vulnerable, with their trust fully in the doctor, that’s not what you do. Phone’s shouldn’t even be allowed when you’re working on a patient, let alone picking up calls numerous times to talk to someone. Again, I have had better experiences there but please improve your ways. This is unacceptable.

I also had a RCT done in three of my teeth 4-5 years again they are horrible stained with a brown-yellow tint. Again, I have had better experiences there but please improve your ways. I got 2 root canals in my premolar done here in 1999-2000. They were clean and courteous. However, one of them went bad in about 2-3 years, while another went bad in 5-6 years. I was still a student when the first one went bad- so I had to have the tooth removed.

The other one, I had to redo the procedure and add the crown.

To their defense, they wanted to add a crown on top of the filling, which I elected not to do.

For emergency or quick cleaning, this place is ok. Not for a permanent solution.

I had the most horrific experience with ortho dental.
Modern Clinic, clean but its just to attrack Patient.

I was just there for cleaning and they startet to do x-ray and said three of my teeths need to be filled up. Then i believe them and said ok and they start to do Treatments without anethesi. one of lady doctor(doesn't want to mention her name) treat me so cruelly and drilled upto nerves , i cried there but she doesn't care and continue to drill one by one my teeth upto nerves. Most disgusting is during treatment she feels uncomfortable with chair so we have to shift to next room where she feels comfortable. Any how filling was done then it started to hurt badly and after two day i was there and another doctor said filling is not uniformly done and she filed it . But i had still pain.
Then they said me for root canal treatment and it cost 5000Rs . At the end i realised that's how there business policies works and i refuse that. i was there for 6 weeks holiday and whole holiday i spent with pain.

Later i visit the doctor in germany one of the best doctor ever. He did x ray and shown me what a mist have done with my teeths . They said three teeths but they damage my six teeths during drilling. And filling omg worst ever and my doctor threw all old fillings and did all once again 6 teeths and 2 of them needed root canal treatment.
It's been almost two years finally i have no more pain in my teeths but every times when i visit my dentist
, i remember this horrible incident.

I have spent nearly 6000 euro because of the worst and inhumanity action from one of the unqualified and dumb dentist. I am not saying everyone, but the one who did my treatment was and is the most horrible dentist.
