Suituated in the heart of chitwan, sauraha attractive place for tourist. Good rate for overnight stay. You can enjoy elephant safari also.
An average resort but really decent. Nice gardens and really natural. It is in chitwan village so you can also walk around village any time
The Chitwan Village Resort was an amazing experience for us. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, and the location was quiet while being only a very short walk to the river and town. Our excursions into the park were organized through the resort and very reasonably priced. I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of CVR and their staff. If I ever find myself in the Chitwan region again I will without question being staying there.
The resort is located in a good place. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Mosquitoes are a big problem. I've enjoyed the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We hired a new Rover jeap at a reasonable price and visited the forest and other neighbouring attractions.
A perfect place to stay when you are in Chitwan. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Communication before arrival was very good and resulted in a program that fitted all our wishes.
The place awsome
Friendly staff , cosy rooms, and hottest shower in Nepal! Enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel managed a full day jeep tour and we could see the tiger. thanks!
Decent rooms and tours, but confirm seats early if you book a bus through them and you don't want to sit in the back. There are two elephants kept right outside that you can visit whenever they are home. They really like bananas.

The staff working at the resort are very friendly and cordials. also the guide that take you at the activities, there are punctual and serious person so you know that everything is going to be just fine. Very welcoming people i enjoy a lot and the food is also good. Hope to be back again some day !
My study abroad group stay for a week here. We really enjoyed the views and the location. There were a few small stores close by that we could walk to. The staff was SO NICE. I had to do a Nepali homework assignment and the manager helped me do it! The manager's English was amazing. He is a member of the Lion's club! Very cool guy.
The beds are not comfy at all, but that hold up with the rest of the country. The food was very good. We ate in buffet style, but I'm not sure if that is always what they provide. (We were a large group of about 25).
Next door live some very friendly elephants! The owners of the elephants do not speak English, but if you ask to pet them in Nepali, they will let you.
The roads in the town are well maintained (few potholes comparatively with other places in Nepal), but watch out for elephant poop. The town is FULL of elephants, and you can see them all marching home after the tour day is over. It's very cool to see. Some of them are painted, which is very beautiful.
We did a river tour and rode some elephants while we were here. I highly recommend both. The management helped us rent bicycles which was a great way to get around the town.
