  I had been once at Central Palms Hotel which is placed at the heart of the city. You could reach that hotel 4 minutes walking on the New Road through Pulchowk, Narayangarh, Chitwan. You may enjoy with your family having different types of hygienic and delicious food in that hotel. You find there very nice and luxurious room as well as lots of spaces for vehicles parking.

  Hotel is located in a quiet area and has pool and ample garden and party area. Room I stayed in was very average in terms of maintenance and upkeep. Restaurant was nice with very welcoming bar area.

  I would give zero stars only. Not because the hotel in itself is bad. It actually is good. However the reception manager was extremely rude.
  
  We were recommended this hotel by another hotelier who had also suggested us to pay only a certain price because of his relationship. When we reached the hotel one of the staff members at the reception spoke with us and with the person who recommended and agreed on the rate.
  
  In the meantime I took a look around other options they had. When I returned another person had joined in who was ok till we were having a conversation. We were also invited in, our luggage brought in when suddenly the manager decided that the agreed price was not acceptable.
  
  This in itself was not an issue, the difference between his new price and the original agreed price was only a few hundred rupees. However he decided to be rude, did some calculations on a calculator, threw it on the reception, said "it is not possible" and walked away. Suddenly the entire staff became uncommunicative and refused to speak. I was with 3 other people, friends, one of them a Nepali too.
  
  I suspect as long as me and my Nepali friend were talking they were ok. However when they saw the two other guy - slightly darker Indians - the attitude changed.
  
  My friends had already left feeling insulted at the treatment. I stayed back and gave a mouthful to the staff and manager but it was obvious they did not care.
  
  Managing a good hotel should not bring in delusions of superiority. It should come with manners, decorum and knowing how to treat people.
  
  I am sure if you throw in the money they will treat you well. But not because they welcome you.

  I'm in Bharatpur on business travel.
  
  This has the potential for a higher rating but missing a few key things to man's it a truly enjoyable experience. Security: patio doors do not lock and they're no safe in the room.
  Shower/Bath: No matter how long i waited no warm water. Cold showers get the job done but not what i consider pleasurable. towels are rough and old but to be expected in a 2-3 star hotel.
  
  Overall room: nicely decorated and comfortable. Lighting is very dim. No bad smells, linens clean though old and bed comfortable enough for a good night's rest.
  
  Food is good, better than expected and service is friendly and efficient.
  
  I would stay here again.

  Huge place to stay while in Chitwan. A nice, large and deep swimming pool. And a large selection of menu. Stay is not very expensive either.
