Lovely ambience location is very nice Quuet at the same time close to the market and restaurant area and jungle activities zone.
Food was very tasty and home style. Helpful manager and staff. One can book all the jungle activities in the hotel. Itself. We Had a great time in Chitwan Rhino Residency.response / report this review -

We came in to use the swimming pool. Can't complain about it, nice size pool if it's not busy, but it did cost 500rps each, which is a bit pricey for what it is, but it was so hot we were willing to pay it.

A very beautiful green garden with swimming pool. feels like in the nature. Many birds comes to eat different fruits inside the area.

Its a nice and quite place which attracts the tourist who may want jungle safari, elephant ride, Elephant bath, jeep safari. Its very close to the all tourist attractions in chitwan. Its clean and calm place. The place is also a nice dating point. All nice brands of soft and hard drinks are available. Its also close the main shoping area of sauraha chiwan. Its a good place to relex and enjoy.

Overpriced. When there is power cut off, which happens often, there is power for only two lights. No wifi in the room and no intercom/ telephone so don't expect the luxury of ordering food from your room. Absolutely not worth the price.

Staffs friendly, Activities nice. Meal reasonably good. Other such as bathroom, showers and water taps, and air conditioners are not properly functioning. They have generator but only for fans, not for the the ac. Located in nice area, short walk to jungle.

We were the only guests here when we arrived for a 3 day Jungle adventure in October last year. However rather than closing the place and sending us to a nearby hotel they stayed open, making us breakfast, lunch and dinner and catering to our every need. The place is old fashioned but clean and welcoming. It feels like a proper jungle residence. The package we opted for included the accommodation which was basic but comfortable, food and a guide who was with us for a couple of days. On the first evening we just took a sunset walk along the river and saw a beautiful black Rhino soaking in the stream. We also saw several crocodiles along the banks.
The following morning we went for a boat ride on the river with our guide and navigator. The boat feels a little unsteady but you know you are in good hands despite the river being full of crocs. Then it was a Jungle walk with two guides with big sticks to fend off any wildlife that may not like us being around. That day we didn't seen the elusive tigers or Rhino but we saw several monkeys and wild boar. Of course as always in Nepal just after rainy season there was no shortage of leeches either.
After a quick visit to the Elephant sanctuary we got to go to the river again to bathe the elephants. This was one of my favourite things I have ever done.
That afternoon was then filled with an Elephant ride through proper thick jungle.
In all over the 3 days we were unlucky not to see as many animals as we would have liked but the place itself was lovely and the guide very helpful and friendlyresponse / report this review
