It's so lovely place for yoga and meditation last time we did Pranayam it was so good view and peace place

Tranquility, peace, we approached it via the Nagarkot Chanyang trail. The great Buddha overlooking the valley floor is just so peaceful! All the hard work in construction and presenting this masterpiece is well appreciated indeed! If only the 88 parties can unite, to think like Buddha in striving hard (with the trust given by voters) to genuinely serve the public, to deliver for greater goods of the hard working population, to improve the health and education of the population, enough so they are not illiterate, but not too much as they forget about the basic art of good living- by abandoning the healthy farm living which makes them independent of the world economy, in search of neon lights and digital living which make them fall to the hands of industrialists who just want consumers, not self sufficient primary producers. Such is the art of living, the need of balanced humans to fight back the wants to balance the Ying and yang of life!

The road conditions between here and Nagarkot are so terrible that you will be happy to stop and get out of the car for a rest. The Buddha statue has a nice view and you will also if the weather is good. If the weather is bad then best of luck to you when you get back in the car. Nepalese roads leave much to be desired.
