Magnificient venue in the heart of Kathmandu features an outstanding multi-course meal of traditional Nepali dishes paired with a colourful, energetic troupe of Nepali folk musicians and dancers made for a great introduction to Nepali food and culture on the first day of our visit. Food was tasty and plentiful. Service staff were plentiful, friendly and efficiently catered to all tables effortlessly. Heads up - Knee height tables take getting used to, however as the evening went on our knees settled in.

I will say this is one of the best places to take your family and tourists. It has evenings filled with traditional Nepali food, cultural dances etc. This is indeed the best place I can recommend.

Incredible place to discover nepal's food and folklore. Inside an amazing palace you'll have a wonderful nigth. Very good price for what you get.

A traditional palace type restaurant serving authentic nepali cuisine with traditional folk musical performances. Recommended for foreigners. Food is mildly spicy, with natural flavors and spices.

Nice traditional building which gives a bit of reflection of old Rana Regime. Traditional Nepali food and entertaining programs (local folk dances from different areas of Nepal). In general, nice atmosphere, I recommend.
