I m from Nepal 10years ago my ex.wife went in Australia with depending visa with out my promison after that time we have 12 month doughter and she left with me even still we don't have any divorce and now she married with someone I don't know how many and now she wants to take my doughter with her with out my promison but I don't want to send her and still i m not marride please can you help me .
