  In relation to my previous review and being unable to access Korketrekkeren, we came here in search of a snow sled and found heaps of options at reasonable prices.

  This is my favourite branch of XXL, all in one floor, the biggest one maybe. And they always have more items in stock than the others. Great people that are always willing to help you.

  Walked through the store without one employee smiling or greeting me, and they where all just hanging around since there where barely any costumers Asked one guy for help and he walked me to the item I was search for without a smile or anything just pointed and walked away.. Walked to the cash register where there was a lovely person who smiled and actually acknowledged my presence.
  Will go to Chill Out on Bogstadveien or xxl downtown next time

  No money back no matter how poor the quality of a product is. Bought a Trelock bike lock that fell apart after 3 days. Was offered a replacement, but I was able to tear apart the grade 3 lock with my bare hands. I suggested they should remove that batch from the store but no response
