  While the event in itself was fairly avarage the host made sure that the event was remembered. I have rarely if ever experienced a buffet of higher quality at such an event. The food was more than great and the shear amount of different offerings was indeed impressive. The staff was professional and polite and did not mind having to take my six empty plates out. I can not recommended this hotel for a seminary event like this enough.

  This hotel had a bit of a dated interior but it was cozy and the view of the lake was stunning!

  Awesome view!!!
  I went again yesterday (14th Oct 17) and the evening shift reception staff (sorry that I couldn't remember her name) is among the best hotel staff I ever met in Norway. She speaks good English and is very very efficient and helpful! Thon, please promote her! 😁😁😁 Will definitely be back when ever I'm visiting the Briksdal or Geiranger

  Nice "old style" hotell, would idé some re-furbishing tho. But it's nice and cosy, large lobby area for sitting and minding your own buissines while evesdropping/peoplewatching 😉

  If they do not improve toilets in rooms , guests will never enjoy staying in Thon Hotel Jolster.

  I expected more from a Thon and from the price paid. Still it was a good stay, nice amenities and good breakfast.

  Just had dinner at the restaurant. Delicious trout with Ægir local beer. Nice service and tasty food.

  A very nice hotel on the way with a beautiful view of the fjord. The staff was very friendly! The rooms are not very big but good enough!
