TGI Friday's is an international chain of restaurants with a standardized menu and decor. On the good side, standardization means no poor quality food but on the bad side means bland and standard quality. There are no surprises when it comes to the food. However, the service level definitely varies. Pay a visit if you're just looking for a decent meal and don't want to spend time looking around for another restaurant.
My experience was as expected. Had ribs that taste like at every other average American restaurant. But, that was what I was looking for.
What you see is what you get. Good burger, even on Monday night the place is pretty full, some nice beers. Staff friendly
Been here a couple of times, service was so so, also quite noisy inside which made it difficult to have a discussion. In terms of food I feel I get more for the same bucks elsewhere, that said not bad.
Horrible dining experience. Served cold food that probably came out of a freezer ready made. Waiter was so rude and had the balls to insult me to my face and made my girlfriend cry . I almost beat the hell out of him for that but she stopped me. Avoid at all costs and go to a real restaurant. Tgi Fridays in America are 1000 times better.
Great food. Friendly service. Very crowded on a Friday night right before 2010 Oslo Marathon. Felt right at home when traveling far away from Dallas :)
Staff fast and friendly. Food good, and very well priced for Norway. I think in the 6 we where there this was the cheapest meal we had out. But the quality was good, so I would recommend a visit.
Good service but cold food. Drinks better last year!
Spectacular visit! We got one of the last tables available on a busy Saturday night and despite the traffic the food arrived in inside 15 minutes - and it was BRILLIANT! Price wasn't too hefty either considering where you are, so I'd suggest TGI Friday's for everyone who's visiting Oslo and digs an American-based grill food restaurant. They also refill your drinks at NO COST and their fries are amazing.
Good food and good service, but a little on the expensive side
The potato sticks were great.
The toilet to the left has a but of a wobble to it, When I felt around the toilet floor with my hand I found a loose bolt of some kind. Turns out it belonged to the base of the toilet. Might want to fix that.
9/10, though.
