Nice hotel with character. We had a great view on the water from our room.
At dinner there was to much to choose from, my stomach wasn't big enough to be able to eat all the delicious things which were on the buffet.
Breakfast was good also.

Solid breakfast and an nice little town. My room had minor cosmetic issues, but a perfect location and friendly helpful staff more than make up for any such issues.

The hotel was adequate, although nothing special. It's apparent they need to put some effort into upkeep here and have neglected to do so for some time (eg: cracked tile, peeling paint, worn carpet, small holes in walls, mold/mildew, etc.) The place is showing its age and needs some TLC for it to be properly cozy and enjoyable.

They offered a buffet for 295 NOK per person, which is high even for tourist areas. The wifi was strong initially but unreliable. I was disconnected multiple times and eventually the Internet connection stopped working altogether. The front desk clerk rebooted the router and it worked, albeit intermittently.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options and good food. Overall, the experience was firmly in the "just okay" territory, especially with the place really showing its age.
