måtte møte opp 07:00. Skulle bare ha enkel dekkskift, men fikk beskjed om at det kunne ta hele dagen. Mekanikerne kom heller ikke på jobb før 8. Elendig

My wife and I had just arrived in Europe as part of a three week trip covering much of Northern Europe when we blew a fuse in her mobility scooter. Since this was a new scooter, we hadn't realized that it used automotive fuses instead of circuit breakers and hadn't packed any replacement fuses or tools.
After consulting both Google Maps and Visit Oslo, I started a trip by Metro and foot to Snap Drive Helsfyr to see if they could help. Not only did the manager in duty loan me the tool necessary to disassemble the battery pack, and managed to remove the difficult to pull fuse, he gave us the replacement and a spare for no charge before wishing us a good holiday.
I cannot comment on the quality of their automotive repair, but they bailed this American couple out of a bad situation in a friendly and helpful manner.response / report this review -

We took our car to get it fixed and the service was good, the only downside is that you do not realize that the Snap Drive is in the back of the building, they should have better signs.
