  Free hair in your sandwich! I wish I could say getting a strangers hair in my mouth was the worst of it. When we had the audacity to point this out; the man at the till claimed that it couldn't possibly be theirs and that perhaps it was ours even after pointing out the hair was blonde and we both have black hair. Frankly, the response annoyed me more than the hair. Also, even hygiene aside, the food isn't great.
