  I stayed in Skjolden for two nights. While there was no tv in the room, there was no need. The staff was very welcoming and ensured my friends and I enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the fjord from our room, and were able to access wifi. We arrived late on our second evening and the staff came to our hotel room to let us know the kitchen was closing and asked whether we needed any food!! We felt like part of the family during our stay and we would definitely revisit Skjolden hotel! Many thanks to the team for providing exceptional service.

  Best place to stay! This was by far our favorite - the atmosphere and service was exceptional! We had a picturesque view of the fjord for our stay and a super interactive bar in the lobby! Vaidas (bar manager) was extremely accommodating at ensuring our stay was a good one! We would definitely come back!

  The rooms are old and smelly. No TV, in case you would need it. Diner is sort of in the basement, but it's a nice view and the food is good. Personel is nice, especially the 2 ladies serving you diner, excellent English as well.
  We had the unfortunate luck, that the manager joined 2 groups to dine. Why? He's a loudmouth and started singing like a real drunk..

  This comcerns the 8 rental apartment blocks near the Fv331-380. Great view over the fjord. Occaaionally a large cruise ship passes by at 500m from your balcony. Spacious apartment. High-end equipment has been installed. Only 2 Norwegian and 5 international TV channels. Free Internet, but regular re-logins are needed.
