  Loved this place. Comfortable rooms in a well-maintained historic building, great location, and a very welcoming staff. Dinner was freshly made for each guest and their advice about local attractions was spot on. Couldn't ask for better hospitality!

  Great service and friendly people. Good price for Norway! Oh..and then there is the view. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Just a few KMs down the road is fuel and a couple of grocery stores.

  Absolutely amazing place totally worth it's price! The most beautiful view that one can imagine with the fjord, white church and large waterfall situated directly in front of the hotel. Delicious dinner and rich breakfast. Beautiful rooms and common areas restored in with elegant classic chic. Highly recommended!

  The host was amazing. Prefect gentleman who knew everything around the area. Recommended a wonderful glacier hike and that was a highlight of our trip. The dinner was one of the best we've had in an even better environment. The owner also was classy during the dinner and gave a welcome to all of the guests from different parts of the world. Best place we stayed in Norway. Highly recommended.
