Bad overall experience, car with clear lack of regular manteinance and too bad customer follow up! Asked for a compensation, not even interested. You've lot to learn about customer attention

Will add extra fees without telling you. Might try to make you rent a more expensive car, claiming they don't have the one you want ( happened to me, a phonecall revealed the car was in fact available). Bad costumer service. Make sure you film car outside and inside with a good camera to avoid any unwarranted claims/extra fees for damage you didn't do. Read every line of every document/link on the webpage to understand what you will end up paying.
