This is a very nice hotel in the city senter of Grimstad. Good breakfast buffé and very nice staff! Parking is easyes to do at the church 3 min away. Recommend 👍

Great overall experience. Nice and friendly staff and a good central location in the city. My room was nice and clean, with a good bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices for everyone. Only thing on the negative side was that the room was a bit small.

Located in the middle of Grimstad, people arriving by car will have a bit of a challenge navigating the narrow streets of the town. The hotels garage is also too small, but luckily cheap parking nearby. That being said, the rest of our stay was pleasant. A friendly and helpful receptionist, as well as a clean room overlooking the plaza in front of the hotel, both made our stay enjoyable.

The employer that worked there was not service minded at all I rememember almost arguing with her to get a kettle on the room I had to pay an extra fee of 400 krones it was really unsatisfying.
The other girl that works there is nice, but the other girl shouldn't work in the resort field at all.

The town is lovely and the hotel is situated right in the centre which has it's good and bad points. As we were working whilst away we had a large 4x4 vehicle which we needed to park. The main parking for the hotel has a maximum height of 1.8 metres, so we had to ask where best to park. They do have other limited parking elsewhere but you have to ask for a code and ticket to park there. Our room was fairly small (#310)- bed was comfy, bathroom small but no air con or fans so room was boiling. Also no tea or coffee facilities.Being in the centre is handy to get places but it also means you are next to night time activity. Great if you want to party till 4 in the morning but not so great if you want a good nights sleep. We were kept awake till 3:30am as there are several bars/ restaurants nearby that play loud music and people were shouting and talking in the courtyard behind hotel. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast room is small so it was busy trying to get food. Staff were very friendly at the hotel, just a shame about the noise.
