We arrived at midnight and got a room next to the boatdock wich you easily could hear the people walking past outside if they where talking. The room was nice but unfortunately there was a strong sour "sweat" smell that should have been discovered by the maid before giving the room to us. Together with the very limited selection at the breakfast lays the reason for "only" receiving three stars in this review. The location and atmosphere is absolutely stunning, the beds where comfortable and the receptionist strongly apologized for the room and gave us the night for free, so all in all this was probably a one-time incident and I will still recommend this hotel for a one-nighter.

We stayed there 5 nights and we liked it very much. The place is incredibly beautiful and it is good located to visit many other places which are necessary to see in Norway. Service in the bar and at the dinner is very good. Food was absolutely tasty, highly recommended.

Very picturesque location. Rooms are simple but still pleasant. Breakfast has a nice spread of meats, cheese and fish. Service on the whole is friendly and informative.

Stopped by for lunch. Really nice personel who explained about the diffrent dishes. The food was very fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!

Koslig hotell, beliggende helt i vannlinjen, med gjestegrygge og terasse ut mot sjøen. Flott å sitte å spise frokost å se innover fjorden mot Slogen, og de andre høye toppene rundt hotellet.
Fine rom, vi fikk ett i to etasjer. Fine fellesarealer i hotellet.response / report this review
