I'm a return customer to the Quality Hotel Residence and find it's location convenient and staff incredibly helpful! On my last visit they were completing renovation work in the resturant and lobby, and despite the mess the staff were still great! The lifts and hallways on the numerous floors could do with some TLC next! The rooms are clean and modern, and food is excellent - I love the Thursday burger nights! I would highly recommend the Quality Hotel Residence, but wait until after the summer to give then chance to complete construction work and get back to their best!
