Great placement by The Beach, easy to find and welcoming Staff. Woult go there again! My only problem was The food, as is could HAVE been of a higher quality. When it came to quantity, there was always enough and Many different Foods to choose from, it was Just that they Where not up to my standards

Fabulous location at the beach! Old part is a bit worn down, but ok. Spa is great, worth the visit all one! Conference part is very good, great view from one of the big meeting rooms. Lunch was also nice and high standards.

Stayed here for one night in room 4, a little old but reasonably priced and with a great view on the beach.
The restaurant has a small menu but dishes are tasty and well presented. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet is rich, huge choice of foods and drinks, served in a nice old hall.
It's close to the airport which was good for us since we had a plane to catch and the hotel arranged quickly a taxi. No worries about your night rest though, there aren't that many flights in Stavanger.

The steak for dinner was not a great cut and its confection seemed amateurish. The spa is greatly underwhelming, small area, some unavailable features, no jacuzzi and cold pool. Good view to the beach during daytime but not good coffee.

Sola strand hotel is and old hotell you can't se thst from the outside but you can see it from the inside, the room we had were big and and with a good view of the ocean, the bathroom had seen better days In the shower loose parts and the fan that takes the fog out didn't work! The breakfast had every thing you need for a good start on the day, overall it was a good stay.
