Nice hotel, friendly staff.
We had a small room at the backside, so no view on the waterside and almost no place to put our suitcases on the floor.
But the bed was a good one.
Dinner and breakfast were nice.
Place close to the harbour and the city center is good too

Was not an overnight guest, so this review isn't representative of the hotel or its restaurant as a whole, that said: we had a dinner here at the end of a day trip off of our Hurtigruten cruise. It was immediately apparent from his first appearance that the 'waiter' felt that serving our group was beneath his exalted status. Surly, bordering on aggressive body language the whole meal, never excused himself for reaching (in my case practically climbing over at one point) in front of guests. Stopped just short of slamming plates down on the tables. Next to no verbal communication, polite or otherwise. Drinks were overpriced even for Norway, and we were expected to go get them from the bar ourselves (not a huge deal, but it was noted) Food itself was a Cod with bacon and potato dish as a main, rustic styling, fairly tasty but nothing to write home about. Dessert was an ad-hoc apple crumble, apples were delicious, cream was so-so, and the 'crumble' was soft and hardly notable. So food-wise, things were lacklustre but edible and reasonably tasty if weakly executed. Unfortunately, can't look past the server just barely stopping short of spitting on the guests. (It should be noted, that though it wouldn't have been an excuse for his behaviour regardless, this was not a group of muddy, rowdy, kids this was a calm, mostly older group of clean, well dressed folks back from a low key sight-seeing tour) (Oh, and on a positive note, a table mate made a request for a vegetarian option that hadn't been pre-arranged, but it was accommodated so point there)

Beautiful hotel near the center of Molde. We had a harbor-view room with a great view of the fjord and the mountains beyond. The room was very clean and the hotel very modern. Despite being a popular dinner stop for the cruise ships, the multiple dining areas allowed for a more intimate dining experience. Our group was able to stay together and have a relaxed dining experience despite there being at least 100 other diners in various other dining rooms of the hotel. Our group spent 3 nights here and although the food was delicious and well-prepared, we had the exact same meal on the first and the third night. Even the side dishes were the same! Don't get me wrong, the reindeer meat patties were delicious and I ate them without complaint, but it was clearly an oversight, or just bad planning, on the part of the kitchen to serve the exact same meal twice. Otherwise a 5 star experience.

Fantastic breakfast. The whole hotel seems very clean. A bit too much noise from the cruise ships, but that may be because I had a seaside room on a lower floor.

It's okay. They have nice breakfast. The bed was a bet uncomfortable though. I couldn't understand why they use 2 single beds together to make into a double bed. It moved & I kept falling down between the growing gaps.
