  Nice, good fishing opportunities. Very nice and helpfull owner. Medium standard. Little imbiss, restroom and nice, warm and clean shower available.

  We were here with our 8m camper.
  
  Nice quiet campsite. Medium sanitary facilities, but it was clean and that's the most important.
  The campsite owner (?) is very welcoming and kind and I like the way he runs the campsite.
  When you cross the road (quiet road) you're on the bank of the fjord and you'll have a very nice view from here, it's either a nice fishing spot.

  Schöner Campingplatz und ein netter Platzwart. Toiletten und Duschen sind sauber und völlig OK für so einen kleinen Campingplatz, in der Küche sind jedoch nur die Herdplatten wirklich benutzbar da der Rest sehr schmutzig ist sodass man ihn gar nicht benutzen will.
  Klarer Minuspunkt ist die Lage, bis auf den Campingplatz und ein paar Häusern ist sonst nichts mehr in Kvanndal, jedoch hat der Platz auch einen kleinen Imbiss/Kiosk mit dabei. Man sollte sich hier aber auf jeden Fall darauf einstellen etwas weiter zum einkaufen fahren zu müssen, was wir (Backpacker ohne Auto) leider nicht beachtet hatten, die Preise im Mini-Supermarkt des Campingplatzes sind jedoch für so ein kleines Dorf völlig ok.
  
  Die Frage ist nur wofür der Platz denn gut geeignet ist. Zwar liegt er direkt am Fähr-Anleger, jedoch ist in dem Dorf sonst eigentlich nichts zu sehen. Es ist also eher ein Platz für Dauer-/Langzeitcamper oder Leute die gerne auch längere Strecken fahren, um zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen.

  Tranquil camping site with comfy cabins right off the ferry terminal. Cabins have floor heating, a decent bathroom, and cable-tv in case you really can't stand looking at the 25 waterfalls surrounding the valley any more. A trail leads up into the hills for easy and advanced hiking tours. Friendly owner; small shop with milk and goat cheese.
