  One of the proper old hotels in Oslo, well run, with respectful and friendly staff. Altogether a throughly pleasant experience every time I've been, whether for afternoon tea, or today, a family Christmas do.

  Really nice bar setting and ambiente. Prices are relatively high although not outrageous for Norwegian standards. It has a classy feel and could be nice for business customers as well. Not too loud either.

  The old fashion look and feel of this hotel has been kept well, while still providing modern comforts. Decent sized room, great breakfast buffet.

  Nice historic hotel with very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Had a good nights sleep and after that an amazing breakfast buffet. Staff was helpful and very friendly

  Good hotel , very well located close to the Royal Palace and Karl Johan. Food was good and staff very nice. Internet was very slow.

  Beautiful classic hotel. Nice to have a balcony. The restaurant is amazing. Go for the chefs dinner with 5 courses. A bit expensive, but so is everything else in Oslo.

  Top notch hotel, nice bar and friendly staff - rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. Lobby and general hotel areas are upscale and well staffed. Highly recommended!!

  Good food, especially the afternoon tea and hit chocolate is recommended. Excellent service. Good, but quite formal atmosphere.

  Nice classic interior in the old fashioned way. Nice to see a hotell that hasn't completely been modernized! Lunch was fabulous! Nicely balanced and the service was top notch!

  Centrally located to shops and cafes and city hall. Very convenient. Old fashioned entrance and decor but cosy and comfortable. Rooms are very warm.
